Youwon't earn the achievements if you have earned them already, I suppose. I have played other backwards compatible games. I own a 360 too, but it is a hacked one and it can't access Xbox Live, so I prefer to play any BC game on my Xbox One to get the achievements. It's a wonderful feature of Xbox One.
Mysuggestion is to play an Xbox one version. It would be a shame to not play one of the best Assassins Creed and pirates game the best way possible. Yes it is, besides having a Xbox One version, the 360 version is also available as backward compatible. The full backward compatible list is available here.

Ok so it turns out it is only the regular version of 'The Witcher 2' and NOT the enhanced edition that is backwards comparable according to the xbox support advocates team member I spoke to.
