To fix i did the following: (for Windows 10) Right click Hogwarts Legacy on Steam and select "Manage > Add Desktop Shortcut." Open your Desktop in a File Explorer window to view the shortcut (can type "File Explorer" in search bar and navigate to your desktop folder from there.)
